Rental Rates and Booking

The above rates are FULLY INCLUSIVE of 13% Florida State Taxes, Utilities, Electric, Water, Cleaning Fee and Solar Pool Heating.

Electrically boosted heating is recommended from November to March and should be requested at the time of booking. Heating Fee £ 80 / $ 140 (USD) per week (approx).

For stays of less than 7 nights a Cleaning fee is Chargeable. An initial deposit is required to secure a booking; the balance is payable in full 10 weeks prior to departure along with Security/Damage deposit - which is refunded usually within 14 days of your return - if the villa and its contents are left undamaged.
